Red Rocks Hideaway is a modern private home tucked into the park itself, reached through Entrance 1, with red sandstone formations framing the view from the patio.
Sunrises come up over Dinosaur Ridge, just across the street from the end of the drive. Mule deer often wander past. Watch the last cars wind away after a show, then step into a quiet that feels almost impossible this close to the stage.
The amphitheatre parking lot is about a mile away; the walk from our door to a seat is only 1.5 miles, but it’s not for everyone.

Now and then a soundcheck drifts through the park. Hot-tub nights beneath a full moon and a sky full of stars. The energy of Red Rocks is close enough to feel, but the crowds never are.

Kevin and Rebecca bought the property in 2019 and renovated it between 2021 and 2023, from Mountain Rustic to Mountain Modern.
They opened up the views, added comfortable outdoor space, and set out to make somewhere they would be excited to stay for a favorite band at Red Rocks. They see twenty or more shows there every year, and have been hosting since 2021.
They collaborated with Semple Brown as architect and Build3 as builder to bring their dream to life.

Whole Home
Reserve the Whole Home and the entire property is yours: the three-bedroom main house, the one-bedroom Guesthouse, both patios and the Guesthouse hot tub.
It works well for families, groups and touring artists, with room to gather and enough private space for everyone to settle in.
